CRAFT BEER BREwing COURSE NExt course Saturday 18 January 2025
For hobby brewers (new or experienced) and anyone interested in learning about the handcrafted beer brewing process! Secure a place at the next craft brewing seminar led by our Head Brewer, Bob Leonard and planned for 18 January 2025.
The course is limited to 8 participants. Price includes Higgins beer samples and a German style Brotzeit. Learn about American craft beer styles and what makes them different - from the recipes to the ingredients. Experience brewing a 60L batch and receive a few cans of the packaged brew after fermentation.

We will take you on a flavor journey tasting our handcrafted Truly Chocolate Stout brewed with cacao nibs, and other distinctive ales and barrel aged brews with a variety of chocolate sourced and hand produced by local chocolate makers, Truly Craft Chocolate.
We share our stories, and talk about ingredients, production, and our passion for handcrafted products.
