We brew our ales with consistent quality and innovation. Our nano brewery size allows us to be flexible to experiment too! Occasionally we split a batch to test different yeasts and hops. We also brew seasonal ales like the Fresh Hop Harvest series using fresh hop cones from the Hallertau harvest and our popular Spice Trail Pumpkin Ale for Halloween.
We create new recipes and offer craft beer fans a diverse line of ales that showcase local ingredients combined with a wide variety of hops.
Adhering to the Reinheitsgebot (German beer purity law) doesn't mean there's no room for creativity. Paul combines different varieties of hops and malt, and cultivates yeast in exciting ways to produce flavorful and adventurous new brews.
We are proud that our flagship ale, Secret Idaho New England Pale Ale, won Silver at the 2021 London Beer Competition in the category of American Pale Ale!
Higgins Ale is available to go in 0,33l lightweight adventure-friendly cans and 0,75l crowlers.
What's a crowler?
In recent years, the CROWLER has emerged at craft beer taprooms across the US: a large can, usually 750 ml or 950 ml, filled from the tap for the customer to take away. We offer the 750ml crowler with a resealable lid that allows you to drink it, clean it, and bring it back to us for refills!
Pick up your crowler exclusively at our tap room or 0,33s to go from us or other selected locations in Munich.
