We brew our ales with consistent quality and innovation. Our nano brewery size allows us to be flexible to experiment too! Occasionally we split a batch to test different yeasts and hops. We also brew seasonal ales like the Fresh Hop Harvest series using fresh hop cones from the Hallertau harvest and our popular Spice Pumpkin Ale for Halloween.
We create new recipes and offer craft beer fans a diverse line of ales that showcase local ingredients combined with a wide variety of hops.
